Apartment Truth:
Important note about the terrace: Since it is a fully open outdoor space, you may experience some natural elements such as occasional street noise, dust, or insects if the door is left open. Terrace usage also depends on weather conditions. For the comfort of neighbors, parties or loud music are not allowed. Smoking is permitted only on the terrace, and we recommend keeping the terrace door closed to avoid smoke or insects entering the apartment.
